The idea
Scholarship information for Filipino students is real but scattered: spread across institution pages, PDFs, and word of mouth. As a DOST-SEI scholar on full financial aid, I had already done this search by hand.
What it does
A discovery engine filtering more than 3,000 scholarship and school entries, with an application tracker so a student can see where they are in each process. At that dataset size the interesting work is the filtering model: which axes actually narrow a search a student can act on.
Where it stands
This is a side project with no user base, and it is listed here as one. It is live and the code is public, but the figure above counts dataset entries, not people. I am not going to claim reach it does not have.
